more than 10 years of nursing experience working with doctors in internal medicine, surgery and emergency medicine. She is a devoted animal lover and has been a welcomed addition to our staff!
When asked why she decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, she answers:
“My childhood passion for animals matured into a deep compassion for their health and well being as I got older. Using my nursing skills to help sick and injured pets get well again makes this profession a very rewarding career for me."
When asked about what she most likes about her work at Founders, Debbie continues:
“The high standards set by our doctors assures that all pets and pet owners receive the best veterinary care possible. I feel confident that each pet we treat receives the same quality of care I would demand for my own pets.”
In her spare time Debbie enjoys hiking, outdoor camping and, as she puts it, “Just hanging out with my dogs.” Her compassion for animals makes her an especially important volunteer for United Hope for Animals. She travels across the border with this non-profit organization to work at a spay/neuter clinic in Tijuana, Mexico. Now that’s dedication! |
